Farai Sibaya has recently been appointed new Lodge Manager at The Little Outlook Boutique Lodge in Victoria Falls.
He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the lodge, including rooms and functions bookings.
Sibaya has worked for hospitality brands such as Meikles Africa, Simbisa Brands and African Sun Group.
He has served in various capacities, from front desk management to housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales and marketing.
Henderson appointed Executive Chef at Franschhoek Valley hotel
The Royal Portfolio appointed Greg Henderson as the new Executive Chef at its luxury Franschhoek Valley hotel, La Residence last week.
Renowned within the South African culinary industry and beyond, Henderson has made a name for himself through his exceptional culinary skills and passion for indigenous ingredients.
He is not only a chef but also an author and self-described forager.
Henderson has also played a key role in alleviating food insecurity among disadvantaged populations.
