A new restaurant will open at Fancourt, George, in September - in time for spring. The name of the restaurant will be revealed at the official opening.
The new restaurant will replace the Morning Glory Restaurant, which opened in the mid 90-s. The designers of the restaurant include Greg Viljoen from Design Lab, and local Architect Chris Kleu of MVA Architects and Interiors CC.
Design Lab was previously involved in both the Clubhouse and The Manor House, while Kleu managed the revamp of the Fancourt Leisure Centre.
During the current restaurant’s closure, diners can make use of Fancourt’s other three restaurants on the estate: The Manor House at the Henry White’s Restaurant, La Cantina and the Club Lounge, which overlooks the 18th hole of the Montagu golf course.
The new restaurant will open in celebration of Fancourt’s 21st anniversary.
