Classic Portfolio’s Galpin Tented Camp has opened in Kwandwe Private Game Reserve, northeast of Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape.

The eco-friendly camp has four tents, each with both indoor and outdoor showers, and a main boma area for special events. The camp can host a maximum of eight guests.

Activities include exploring the reserve on walks and 4x4 safaris. Fishing is also available and the Blue Crane Conservation Club teaches children about spoor tracking.

Kwandwe is one of South Africa’s largest private game reserves, and has a number of endangered species, including Black and White rhino, and cheetah.

Galpin Tented Camp is now open for exclusive-use bookings for families, friends and small groups.
