Hospitality association, FEDHASA, has launched a new strategic partnership to promote sustainability and wellness in the hospitality industry in conjunction with The Plant Powered Show, a premier event for conscious and sustainable living.
The Plant Powered Show 2023 is a three-day event and will take place from May 26-28 in Cape Town at the CTICC and from August 4-6 in Johannesburg at the Kyalami ICC.
The event is designed for individuals looking to lead healthier, more conscious, and sustainable lifestyles. Attendees can enjoy cooking demos from top local and international chefs, meet health and wellness experts, and explore a marketplace with plant-based food, drink, and conscious-living products.
"This partnership is an opportunity for us to support our members in developing and growing a sustainable trading environment, while also providing them with the opportunity to learn about new, innovative approaches to sustainability," said Rosemary Anderson, FEDHASA National Chair.
"We are excited to collaborate with FEDHASA to create a more sustainable and inclusive hospitality industry," highlighted Heidi Warricker, Organiser of The Plant Powered Show. "By joining forces, we can amplify our message of conscious living and promote positive change for the industry and our planet."
This partnership aligns with FEDHASA's objectives to grow an inclusive hospitality industry and promote sustainable practices. The Plant Powered Show, in turn, will benefit from FEDHASA's extensive network and expertise in the hospitality sector.
