Angelique Engelbrecht has been appointed Sales Executive of Fairlawns Boutique Hotel and Spa’s new Cape Town office.

Stephen Mandes has been appointed new Head Chef at Mondiall Kitchen & Bar, Cape Town.

Previously Mandes was chef/proprietor of La Vierge restaurant in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley outside Hermanus. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts from Northlink College Tygerberg Campus and began his career at Cape Grace Hotel before being appointed as Chef de Partie at the Belmond Mount Nelson. He has also worked as Junior Sous Chef at De Grendel Restaurant.
