Precision Air has announced that it will discontinue its flights from Johannesburg to Dar es Salaam, effective September 17.
As part of consolidating its strategic market presence, the airline has decided to focus on growing strong domestic demand and more lucrative markets.
Precision Air Commercial Director, Patrick Ndekana, said: "It has been a great experience operating the route and we may consider resuming this destination as we enhance our market presence and fleet."
The airline will make arrangements for customers who purchased tickets to fly after September 17 to reach their final destinations through other airline partners.
Precision Air has offered four flights a week to Tanzania since the launch of the route a year ago.
