Premier Hotel Sani Pass in Himeville, KwaZulu Natal, will reopen in April following a R75 million (€5m) renovation.

The hotel has renovated the original 75 rooms and now offers a total of 120 rooms overlooking the Ezemvelo Nature Reserve, a 300-seat conference room and new entertainment facilities for families.

There is a new wellness centre, gym, spa and cinema and the nine-hole golf course has been upgraded. The hotel will continue to offer hiking and biking trails, 4x4 excursions up the Sani Pass, horse trails up the mountain to Lesotho and pony rides for children.
