SATSA has entered into a partnership with Bidvest Bank, Sprout Consulting – sister company to SATIB Insurance Brokers – and Hello Doctor, which will bring additional benefits to SATSA members.
“We are extremely proud to announce a partnership with Bidvest Bank,” said SATSA CEO, David Frost. He added that the partnership between SATSA and Bidvest would offer mutual value for both partners.
“I think we can do really great things together,” said Bidvest CEO, Japie van Niekerk, adding that it was important to Bidvest that it offered a win-win both for SATSA members and the bank. “All of the opportunities we are exploring work along those lines.”
Van Niekerk called on SATSA members to contact the bank to discuss opportunities. “We are happy to talk to you about any opportunities you have in your environment.”
The partnership with Spout Consulting will offer SATSA members access to advice in the areas of accounting and tax, human resources, marketing and IT.
Sprout Consulting MD, Kevin Watson, said the company’s product Business Buddy gave small businesses the opportunity to get advice via an online portal for an hour a month, subject to a subscription fee. “We’ll offer this free to SATSA members for the next 12 months.”
Sprout is also offering members a series of outsourced administration packages at discounted rates.
The partnership with Hello Doctor will offer members the ability to earn commission from Hello Doctor’s service, while SATSA will earn a referral fee. The company gives tourists the ability to seek telephonic advice from qualified doctors during their stay. The service costs R40 per adult travelling (children are covered free) for the duration of the tourists’ stay in South Africa. SATSA member companies making use of the service for their clients will receive a R7 commission, while SATSA will receive a R7 referral fee.
