ChatGPT – a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology – is set to be a major disruptor. But will it have a positive or negative impact on businesses?
According to an informal poll conducted by Tourism Update, 40% of the 80 Tourism Update readers who participated plan to use ChatGPT to benefit their tourism businesses. 38% said they had no plans to use the tool, and a further 22% were uncertain.
