The Wetu team brought with them a message of innovation with travel tech during this year’s Africa’s Travel Indaba, and revealed its latest innovation.
During a Business Conversation panel discussion, Wetu CEO, Paul De Waal, noted: “It’s all about how to get those experiences and make everyone’s lives easier, but experiences still need people and won’t be replaced by robots.”
Following a journey of development and testing, Wetu has released the new Theme Customiser for users on the Digital packages.
The upgraded Theme Customiser boasts various new functionalities.
Users now have the option to create completely different itinerary themes, and stylings display consistently across all outputs. The combination of better layout options and new template styling options (for look and feel) enables users to better differentiate and represent their brands.
Furthermore, a Live Preview tool that shows how changes made to theme settings will look on a live itinerary, this option being a user-friendly add-on, as well as time saver.
All in all, the entire process will be faster and simpler to execute, and will make it easier for users to add additional theme options in future.
