Sausage Tree Camp, in Lower Zambezi National Park, Zambia, has undergone refurbishments during the off season.
A complete rebuild of the front of house dining, bar, and deck area, which now includes the addition of a lounge, has been completed.
The reed walls of guest rooms have been replaced with canvas walls.
In addition, a new game-viewing vehicle joins the current fleet. The vehicle was sent to South Africa to be fully reconditioned and re-fitted with new bucket seats and step ladders making them more comfortable for guests.
“This really is an exciting year for us and we are really looking forward to welcoming our return guests and meeting first timers to Sausage Tree Camp,” says Andrea Gilmour, Marketing Manager at Sausage Tree Camp & Potato Bush Camp.
Sausage Tree Camp comprises five signature tents that include three double and two twin, two honeymoon suites, and one family tent. The family tent includes two en suite bedrooms with an open plan lounge/dining area and a plunge pool with a deck.
The camp can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.
