Min 5+ experience as Travel Consultant with experience in a tailor-made travel environment dealing with direct, online customers
Demonstrable sales performance in a target-driven environment - Speed-to-market and results-driven are your buzz words.
Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone, WhatsApp and video calls
The ability to craft tailor-made experiences based on the clients’ needs and specific requirements
First-hand Destination knowledge in Southern Africa, East Africa, Indian Ocean islands. Essential countries being South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda.
Working experience of tour operating software (Tourplan, Travelogic etc.)
