Unusual Destinations has confirmed that the company has suspended operations due to financial difficulties.

"The staff of Unusual Destinations resigned from their respective positions due to the financial uncertainty that currently prevails within the organisation. Their resignations were duly accepted and their termination of employment was by mutual consent," a source told Tourism Update

A representative of Unusual Destinations said “yes, things are not good here” but that the company was hoping the situation would be a temporary one and that the operator could sort its financial situation out and resume services soon.
