SA Tourism Update’s news site has never been so busy.
Despite being restricted to registered inbound tourism trade readers, the number of unique readers using the site in a week increased by 68% from 3 582 this time last year to 6 036 last week.
Google Analytics shows that readers also spent 56% more time on the site.
“Readers are highly engaged and it can be seen from the number and level of people commenting on stories that the daily news site has become very influential with both trade buyers overseas and in SA, and suppliers,” said Senior Sales Executive, Linda Stock.
“There is a strong case for inbound tourism suppliers wishing to launch or promote their products to make the daily news site and its monthly Digi-mag their prime promotional medium,” she said.
