Villa da Praia, the latest addition to Santorini Mozambique, opened on September 1.
The sole-use three-bedroom villa is ideal for couples sharing or families travelling with children. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with private patios and two of the bedrooms can be used for children or converted into a twin/king size bed as required. The villa is ocean facing and has its own lounge, kitchen, and dining room. A private infinity pool and outdoor dining area are situated on the ocean-facing patio.
The main villa hosts a mini bar, tea/espresso station, fully equipped kitchen used for food preparation by local chefs, flat-screen television with full DStv satellite access, DVD player with selection of DVDs, solar-heated infinity pool, WiFi access throughout, and a selection of children’s pool and beach toys. Babysitting services are also available.
Each of the three suites has an iPod docking station, private room safe, air-conditioning, fans and laundry services. A lounge, private patio with sea view, and en-suite bathroom (with a bath as well as inside and outside warm water showers) are available in one suite. The second suite has an en-suite bathroom with inside and outside warm water showers, and the third suite has an en-suite bathroom with a warm water shower.
A private host is available for drinks and meals services throughout the stay.
A 38 foot Supercat Catamaran boat capable of up to 30 knots is also a new addition. It is able to accommodate 12 guests and is fully equipped for deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, or snorkelling trips within the Bazaruto Archipelago. It is also suitable for sundowner cruises and island-hopping trips. Guests travel to the islands and beaches with a picnic lunch and refreshments on board as well as umbrellas, chairs, and table for the beach. Park fees will be charged for each boat trip into the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park.
