A private island development, Miavana, will open in late April on Nosy Ankao, Madagascar.

There will be 14 villas – eight one-bedroom, four two-bedroom, and two three-bedroom – each with a private pool and in-villa dining.

Activities include safaris, scuba diving, whale watching, snorkelling, turtles, kite surfing, fly fishing, deep-sea fishing, sailing, as well as sleep-outs and picnics on the smaller neighbouring island of Manampaho.

Miavana forms a part of Time + Tide collection and its sister companies, Norman Carr Safaris and Chongwe Safaris.
