Fastjet will move its check-in services from Terminal A to Terminal B at OR Tambo International Airport on August 15.
The airline will use new check-in counters B47 to B50 near its dedicated reservations and ticket sales desk.
“The primary reasons for this change are to provide our passengers with improved convenience, streamlined check-in procedures, and closer access to essential facilities within the airport,” said fastjet Group COO, Donahue Cortes.
He said Terminal B was closer to fastjet’s ticket desk, making the airport process more efficient for passengers and staff, and would help reduce travel time and enhance the overall flow for customers.
“Terminal B has more amenities and facilities to elevate our passengers' travel experience further. With more dining options and relaxation zones, our customers will have a more comfortable and enjoyable pre-flight experience,” added Cortes.
