Thonga Beach Lodge, a luxury beach property in the Isimangaliso Wetland Park – a Unesco World Heritage Site – on KwaZulu Natal's north coast, has unveiled its newly upgraded beach bar. The lodge forms part of Isibindi Africa Lodge’s portfolio.
“Inspired by the rhythmic waves of Mabibi Beach, owner Paige Gehren’s vision has been brought to life by local craftsmen at Kipekee Studios. From the aqua blue hues of the bar stools and recycled glass chandelier, every detail reflects the beauty of nature. Whether you seek a quiet retreat or a lively ambience, our beach bar offers the perfect setting for every mood,” Isibindi Africa Lodges said in a press release.
The lodge has further introduced a new mobile ice cream cart, also crafted by Kipekee studios.
The lodge can accommodate 12 couples in the 12 thatched eco-sensitive rooms.
