Close on the heels of announcing the 16th property in its portfolio – ANEW Resort White River Mbombela (Nelspruit) – ANEW Hotels & Resorts, will welcome guests to its 17th property, ANEW Resort Hazyview Kruger Park, on May 1.
“We are excited to share the news of the latest addition to the ANEW family ahead of one of the premier travel and tourism trade expos in South Africa, Africa’s Travel Indaba 2023,” said Alan Campbell, Sales & Marketing Director for the group.
He said the occasion had been chosen specifically to break the news amongst their peers, to invite new collaborations and partnerships.
“Situated a mere 15 minutes’ drive from the Kruger National Park's Phabeni Gate, this is an important acquisition for ANEW as it will unlock an important tourism destination for us, enhancing our ability to host international markets and attract new tourism industry partners,” he added.
ANEW Resort Hazyview Kruger Park offers 54 rooms, each with its unique style and character. Upon booking, guests will have four types of rooms to choose from – standard twin and double rooms, the open-plan Family Suite, or the added touch of luxury with the ANEW Resort Hazyview Grande Suite, which comes with a Jacuzzi and private pool and leads out on to a gorgeous flower garden.
Furthermore, the property offers conferencing facilities with seating for up to 260 delegates, catering for corporate functions, meetings, parties, team-building exercises, and weddings.
Nearby adventure activities, such as quad biking, zip lining, rafting, abseiling, paintballing, archery and horseback riding, can also be booked.
Campbell said: “I think our continued growth is a result of our optimism and belief in what, and how, we do things. We’re improving as we grow, and I think our values resonate with our industry and customers.
“We are excited to see what new opportunities the rest of 2023 will bring and are looking forward to this year’s Travel Indaba as a launchpad for several new initiatives.”
