Almost a third of Tourism Update readers (31%) have voted artificial intelligence (AI) as the top technical innovation that their business will prioritise in 2024. This was closely followed by cyber security (29%).
Contactless transactions (19%) came in third, followed by big data (17%), and Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) (5%).
