The Latitude Hotel Group, which operates a number of boutique hotels across central and eastern Africa, has announced the opening of Lilongwe 13' South, a nine-bedroom boutique hotel in Malawi’s capital city. The hotel is scheduled to open in June.  

“With the opening of   Lilongwe 13’ South in Malawi as the first of our boutique hotels across sub-Saharan Africa, we are confident of its success and proud to be bringing a new hotel experience to the area,” said a statement by the Latitude Hotel Group.
