Sarovar Hotels and Resorts’ new luxury hotel is scheduled to open in October 2019.
Located in Axum, Yeha Hotel – a Sarovar Premiere Hotel – will be the latest addition to its existing portfolio of properties in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia.
The hotel will be a modern, luxurious development with a revolving restaurant and bar. It will also have the latest amenities for conferencing and meetings, a swimming pool, water amusement park, and children’s playground. In the first phase, Sarovar will launch 78 rooms, with plans to expand to 222 rooms by 2021.

Sarovar is focusing on strategic expansion throughout Africa. Some of the openings scheduled this year include hotels in Lusaka and Dar es Salaam.
Axum is a tourist town and religious centre nestled in the foothills of the Adwa Mountains, best known for its obelisks which are more than 2 000 years old, along with numerous ancient churches.
