Haile Hotels and Resorts has opened a new hotel, Haile Resort – Arba Minch, in Arba Minch, Ethiopia.
Sofanit Kebede, Group Sales and Marketing Manager told Tourism Update: “Haile Resort – Arba Minch is now open and bookable as of June 7. The hotel has 107 rooms made up of standard rooms, family rooms, elegant and premium suites.”
Rooms have either a view of the spectacular landscape, with the two Rift Valley lakes or a mountain view overlooking the Gamo Gofa mountain chain, which includes Mountain Gugie, the third-highest mountain in Ethiopia.
Facilities include four meeting venues that can host up to 600 delegates and five food and beverage restaurants serving both local and international cuisine. Outdoor and indoor playgrounds, swimming pool and health club access (dry sauna, steam bath and gym) are offered as complimentary services. WiFi is also offered throughout the hotel.
Haile Resorts – Arba Minch is a four-star resort overlooking the twin lakes of Abaya and Chamo and the chain of mountains. It is eight minutes’ drive from Arba Minch Airport, and 510km from Addis Ababa.
Haile Hotels and Resorts is owned by, and named after one of Ethiopia’s greatest long-distance runners, Haile Gebrselassie.
