Allie Hunt has joined the management team of Cape Town Helicopters and Escape+Explore.
Escape+Explore Founder Ingram Casey and Cape Town Helicopters CEO Neil Warren say bringing Hunt on board reinforces their shared vision to elevate trade collaboration.
Hunt, who has owned and managed Inspirational Places for the past 17 years, will help connect the two Cape Town brands in her new role.
“I’m excited to step into a full-time role with two dynamic companies that share my passion for Cape Town,” she says.
“This new chapter allows me to spend more time in the city I love while helping shape seamless experiences that showcase its stories, people and natural beauty in bold, meaningful ways.”
Namibia appoints new Minister of Environment and Tourism
New Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed Indileni Daniel as the country’s new Minister of Environment and Tourism in a 14-member Cabinet announced on March 22 at the State House in Windhoek.
Daniel replaces Pohamba Shifeta who served in the role for a decade. Daniel’s appointment comes as the ministry undergoes restructuring with forestry separated from its portfolio to focus exclusively on environmental conservation and tourism development.
