Kachenga Bush Camp has opened in the Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve in Malawi.
The camp’s three chalets are self-contained, with two bedrooms, communal lounge area, bathroom and kitchen and have views to Kasukusuku mountain. The chalets sleep four people and offer flexibility with additional beds for children, accommodating families of up to six.
Accommodation can be booked on a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis.
There is a bar with a decked area at the property and camping facilities are available with a communal fire pit.
Recently, Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve received 500 elephants translocated from other parks in Malawi through an initiative by African Parks.
