Premier Hotels and Resorts’ Mpongo Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape has opened two additional lodges following an R18 million (€120 000) development and refurbishment project.
Umthombe Bush Villa has six bedrooms that can be booked out as a complete unit for families or executive groups while Indlovu Lodge, with its 19 rooms and two dormitories, can accommodate 40 people.
The renovations include upgrades to the restaurant, enhancements to the edu-centre and new administration offices.
According to Martin Janse van Rensburg, Hospitality General Manager at Mpongo Private Game Reserve, guests can enjoy both comfort at the new lodges and breath-taking views of the reserve.
