Pure Africa Destination Management has created exciting culinary journeys at Victoria Falls, along with the latest menu at its afro-chic destination venue, Zambezi House Restaurant, which will be launched in early May.
Recently appointed Executive Head Chef, Mike van Rooyen, redesigned the menu as part of Pure Africa’s culinary art initiatives, which aim to raise the benchmark for food tourism in Victoria Falls.

Historic Tram & Bridge Tour + Zambezi House Dinner
The experience starts with a guided tram tour of Victoria Falls Bridge, paired with freshly-baked gourmet sandwiches followed by a craft gin pop-up bar and gourmet snack table overlooking the Falls from the Zambian border. The experience ends with a three-course dinner at Zambezi House Restaurant.
Luxury Deck Sunset River Cruise + Zambezi House Dinner
A sunset cruise along the Zambezi River is paired with a three-course dining experience at Zambezi House, which includes ‘gourmet moving canapés’ and a selection of craft beverages.
