While the resumption of TAAG's international flights to destinations such as Lisbon and Lagos is going ahead as planned this month, the airline has announced that its relaunch of flights to São Paulo has been postponed to December 2.
"We are very pleased that TAAG will soon be connecting Africa and South America when we resume flights to São Paulo," said Gregory Epps, TAAG's Regional GM Southern Africa. "For travellers from Southern Africa who wish to fly to Brazil and the rest of South America, TAAG offers one of the most direct services.”
The carrier will operate a twice-weekly service on Tuesdays and Thursdays between São Paulo and Luanda, with flights to and from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Windhoek and Maputo connecting at the airline’s hub in Angola.
