The Guest Service Officers (GSOs) at four major airports meet and greet, assist with lost luggage, and undertake care visits when required. Our Customer Care Centre is available 24/7 to deal with any of your guests’ concerns and the GSOs are at hand around the clock to deal with any concerns or emergencies.
Guests can choose the level of assistance required to navigate South African airports. We engage in face-to-face conversations with guests and discuss their journey ahead.
