AC Hotels by Marriott is set to open a new hotel near the Cape Town Waterfront this December. 

The AC Hotel Cape Town Waterfront is located a few minutes from the V&A Waterfront, walking distance away from the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), and a 25-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport.

It will offer 188 rooms with views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and Signal Hill. Accommodation options include suites, standard rooms, junior rooms and corner rooms.

There are also five flexible meeting rooms with a total of 250sqm of event space, with natural light and views over the harbour. All meeting rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, audio-visual technology and high-speed Internet access.

Other hotel services offered include complimentary WiFi and breakfast, a 24-hour fitness centre, an AC kitchen, an AC lounge and bar that serves locally crafted spirits, an AC library with printing services available, an AC Market – grab and go deli which serves quick bites made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients, laundry and dry-cleaning facilities, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and complimentary shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront and CTICC.
