Camp Mana, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, has temporarily adjusted its booking conditions.
As an exceptional circumstance, and specifically in response to Coronavirus concerns the temporary changes are as follows:
- The amendments are applicable to all bookings made for arrival during the 2020 season and are valid until further notice.
- Camp Mana will continue to accept bookings for the 2020 season and will continue to require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure bookings.
- If guests are unable to travel due to the COVID-19 virus, bookings can be postponed to later dates in the future, up to the end of the 2021 season.
- Adjusted dates are dependent on availability.
- The 2020 rates will be honoured for bookings adjusted to 2021.
- The only adjustment to rates will be if guests change a reservation from Green Season to Peak Season. In such a case, we will charge the 2020 Peak Season rate.
- Payment terms for adjusted bookings remain unchanged.
This policy change applies strictly to Camp Mana and any rates and conditions that apply to a 3rd party service provider must be clarified. This applies to transfer companies, National Park fees etc.
The Camp is willing to evaluate each request for an outright cancellation, without a postponement of travel per the above terms, on a case by case basis. Officially, the standard terms and conditions for full cancellation still apply.
“We trust that our booking policy amendments alleviate anxiety and facilitate holiday planning for our guests and agents. We will continue to update you as the situation becomes clearer and we will honour our more flexible terms until such time as global travel conditions stabilise,” said Camp Mana in a statement.
