Siruai Expedition Camp, a private and mobile camp in Kenya, will allow guests to explore the valleys, waterfalls, and wildlife at their own pace in the Laikipia Plateau. The mobile camp will immerse guests in a lesser known, wild pocket of Kenya in the 43 000 hectare, privately owned Suyian Ranch.
The Legendary Serengeti Camp in Tanzania will launch two new mobile camps in January 2020, which will move between four locations in the Serengeti. The redesigned tents and interiors will be managed by Fabia Bausch of Chem Chem Safaris and will offer an intimate and authentic safari experience with private guides and vehicles.
A few kilometres from the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe and within walking distance of the Chiruwe river bed, the Ingwe Pan will be the location for Machaba Safaris’ latest camp, set to open in May. Animals such as lions, hyenas, zebras, kudus and impalas frequently visit the camp’s waterhole.
Takwela Camp, one of only three camps in the North Luangwa National Park in Zambia, will open in June, with chalets built entirely of natural materials, and en-suite bathrooms with uninterrupted views of the river. The camp will offer a feeling of solitude and seclusion on 463 600 hectares of reserve.
