Taaibosch Wine Estate in the Helderberg region of the W Cape has launched three luxury accommodation offerings – two contemporary villas and the Manor House.
The two-bedroom Garden Villa is set within the working estate, and the four-bedroom Farsight Villa is higher up on the slopes of the Helderberg. Both offer private pools, fully equipped kitchens for self-catering and a full butler service.
The five-bedroomed Manor House, built in 1838, has been newly renovated, retaining its historic charm. It is perfect for families or small groups who want to experience the area’s rich wine-making heritage.
A private chef is available on request. A fine-dining chef’s table can be arranged or a traditional South African braai assembled. A more informal restaurant is available at the neighbouring co-owned Pink Valley estate, which is known for its Rosé Vintage wine.
The gardens at Taaibosch have also been extensively reworked to contain only indigenous flora, in keeping with the family philosophy of environmental preservation.
The accommodation is managed by Valor Hospitality Partners, a global hospitality management group with more than 80 products worldwide.
Guests staying at Taaibosch will have access to the estate’s invitation-only wine-tasting experience with the winemaker, an opportunity usually only offered to Taaibosch Wine Club Members.
