The Courtyard Hotel Waterfall City, north of Johannesburg, is due to open in a few weeks.
In the first phase, 84 rooms, four suites and the commercial areas will open, and the remaining 80 rooms will open based on demand.
The property was constructed last year with an environmentally friendly design and a new concept featuring a 100-seater conference facility new to the Courtyard brand.
The hotel has 164 rooms and four suites, two restaurants, three conference and event facilities, a boardroom, lounge, fitness centre and swimming pool.
