Cottar’s 1920s Camp, situated in the private Olderkesi Conservancy bordering the Maasai Mara in Kenya and the Tanzania Serengeti Game Reserve, has introduced new and upgraded tents.
The camp has launched four new tents, comprising two replacements of its double luxury tents, one additional luxury double tent, and one new honeymoon tent.
The new tents are approximately 40% larger than the older luxury double tents offering a seating/living area, including a dining table and chairs, a writing desk and a daybed or couch with high views from the hill looking out onto the savannah.
The camp offers eleven tents (two honeymoon tents, five double tents, and four family tents), all with en-suite bathrooms.
The family tents are open-plan and have living rooms with fireplaces.
The camp also has two main mess tent areas for fine dining, drinking, reading, and relaxing, and a pool and spa.
Guests can also enjoy a traditional canvas safari bath, a unique way of bathing set up on the tent’s veranda, with views out over the plains
The entire camp is situated to ensure that tents are private and quiet whether for honeymooners or families with young children.
