Cape Town International Airport (CTIA) has been named the top airport in Africa by this year’s annual Skytrax World Airport Awards, which list the top 10 airports in the world by region.
“This is the sixth consecutive year that CTIA has won this award. This award brings with it global eyeballs and gives airlines confidence in flying to the Mother City. It is also a show of our economic readiness as a city. My sincere gratitude to the team at CTIA for your continued sterling work. Cape Town is open for business!” said City of Cape Town Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Opportunities, James Vos.
