The Hector Pietersen Museum in Soweto has reopened following repairs and other maintenance activities.

Earlier this year, the museum incurred roof and ceiling damage following heavy rains. The Hector Pieterson Museum in Soweto was closed temporarily while the roof was repaired and other maintenance carried out. Both the museum and outdoor memorial site can be accessed by visitors.

The museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10h00 to 17h00, and on Sundays from 10h00 to 16h00.
