Wetu has developed an operational tool to help operator users keep track of individual consultant or company-wide bookings.
Following consultations with clients, Wetu identified a number of common issues such as bookings having different lifespans, time-sensitive confirmation, payment and information collection requirements, issuing of travel documents, and not having anywhere to view the progress of bookings.
The new Wetu Calendar helps consultants monitor and manage those functions in a convenient calendar layout. It presents the user with an overview of all upcoming trips. They can also create and send scheduled email reminders around tasks and deadlines before and after travel.
Wetu will conduct a webinar on Wednesday, November 7, at 10h00 to demonstrate how the Calendar works.
