Zimbabwe will launch its inaugural tourism national awards next month to recognise “outstanding players” and other ancillary industries that contributed towards the growth of the sector.
Launched jointly by the Ministry of Environment, Tourism and Hospitality Industry, the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) and the Tourism Business Council of Zimbabwe (TBCZ), the National Tourism and Travel Awards (NTTA) will incorporate all tourism awards under one single banner.
A source told Tourism Update that this was in an effort to enhance collaboration among the various players.
