A new virtual reality (VR) tour of the Arabella Hotel, Golf & Spa, close to Kleinmond near Hermanus in the Western Cape, gives travellers a unique opportunity to experience the ins and outs of the flagship Southern Sun property.

The tour uses the latest VR technology, developed by Gecko Digital, to provide an innovative virtual walk-through of the property’s many features, which include one of South Africa’s top ten golf courses.

The tour provides a vivid and interactive depiction of what guests can expect to experience at the hotel, letting users navigate the hotel’s different room types, explore their facilities and experience the views, either of the Bot River lagoon or the gardens.

In addition, guests can see the hotel’s Jumani restaurant, Laguna Lounge and Barnabas Bar, which overlook the swimming pool, gardens and lagoon, as well as a ‘walk through’ the spa, which offers an indoor hydro swimming pool and treatment rooms.
