THE De Hoop Collection will team up with renowned wildlife photographer, Dave De Beer, to host a photographic course from August 28-30.

It will cover both theoretical and in-field tuition and is perfect for beginners and those with intermediate ability who want to hone their photographic skills. All you need is a DSLR camera and a love for nature and the outdoors. The course will cover five subjects – whales, birds, fynbos, landscapes and animals – each of which will present a different photographic challenge and provide participants with the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills. Lectures and trips into the field will be interspersed with food and wine, and accommodation at De Hoop Collection. A variety of activities will also be available for kids. The weekend will end with a Sunday morning brunch and a prize-giving.
