Aurora Views Luxury Villa is set to open in Gordon’s Bay, Western Cape, on February 1.
A 45-minute drive from Cape Town, the property is set against the backdrop of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, with a large, private garden at the front of the property.
Inside, three spacious bedrooms – two en suite, and one shared, all with underfloor heating – are decorated in a blend of contemporary and classic décor, and can accommodate six guests. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, with king-size beds, a desk, cupboard space and a room safe.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, with large windows that overlook the garden. All necessary appliances ensure convenience for guests, including microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
The villa also has a spacious balcony and formal dining room, along with complimentary WiFi and DStv.
A separate self-contained double garden cottage can be rented with the villa, in total accommodating eight guests on a self-catering basis.
The property is ideal for family or friends travelling together. “We created Aurora Views because we wanted other people to be able to enjoy a home environment getaway in the Helderberg. The area is safe, growing in popularity, and offers a real alternative to the city vibe,” says co-owner, Sally Cole.
And while in the area, visitors can enjoy wine tours, hikes, beaches, art tours, spas, shopping, dining and golf at the Erinvale Golf Course.
