Coastal Aviation has introduced direct flights between Zanzibar and the Serengeti.
The service, which gives passengers a faster and more comfortable journey on the Pilatus PC12 aircraft, will be available from December 15 and can already be booked.
The flight will depart in the morning from Zanzibar and will serve three airstrips in the Serengeti. The return flight arrives in Zanzibar in time for lunch.
The airstrips served will always include Seronera and Manyara, however the third stop will depend on the position of the migration at the time – either Kogatende, Grumeti or Ndutu.
