Sarova Shaba Game Lodge, in the Sera Conservancy in central Kenya, has commenced renovations on its swimming pool. Expected to be completed by December 14, the construction will take place seven days a week, between 08h30 and 12h30 as well as 14h00 and 18h00 Monday to Saturday and from 08h30 to 12h30 as well as 14h00 to 16h00 on Sundays.
The renovation will reduce the depth of the pool to bring it in line with international standards. It will also involve an overhaul of the area around the pool. The lodge has taken all necessary precautions to limit noise. The pool is 50 metres from the closest guest room.
The lodge will attempt to allocate rooms as far away from the work as possible and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
