Springbok Atlas is offering international guests the chance to extend the six-day guided tour, Wild Kingdoms Safari, to include a two-night Zulu Battlefields extension. The tour explores some of the top destinations in KwaZulu Natal.
“Our six-day Wild Kingdoms Safari is one of our established sellers. However, since adding the two-night Zulu Battlefields extension, we’ve seen an increase in the tour’s popularity,” says Glenn McKeag, CEO, Springbok Atlas Tours & Safaris.
Guests will travel from Johannesburg via the Panorama Route and spend two nights in the Kruger National Park. The tour then continues to Swaziland and Zululand, ending in Durban, or with an optional two-night Zulu Battlefields extension.
Included is a safari in Hluhluwe-Umfolozi, Africa’s oldest game reserve and home to the Big Five, and a visit to a Zulu cultural village with lunch and a demonstration of Zulu dancing and traditional weapons. Guests will also see and experience the historic sites of Isandlwana and Rorke’s Drift.
