Businesses that attended WTM Africa largely achieved positive outcomes, although for many, it may still be too early to gauge the true success of the event, according to the results of our latest poll.
Asked whether they had achieved the business objectives they had hoped for, 38% of respondents said yes, while another 38% said it was still too early to say. The remaining 23% said they had not achieved the desired results.
Gauging the quality of buyers
Exhibitors at WTM Africa enjoyed packed meeting schedules, but quantity doesn’t necessarily align with quality.
SATSA CEO David Frost said one of the standout features of the trade show was that “the quality of buyers was of a very high level”.
