Protea Hotel by Marriott Pretoria Hatfield will soon launch a major construction project to add rooms and facilities.

The hotel will add 95 bedrooms to give it a total of 214 rooms, additional conference and meeting rooms, as well as a new restaurant and bar.

Work will start in May with the first phase geared for completion in November, after which the second phase will begin. The projected completion date is May 2018.
