Popular, and reasonably priced bush camp, Hyena Pan, has been refreshed and refurbished for the 2017 season. The camp’s eight tents have all been replaced with new, larger tents and soft furnishings have also been refreshed giving the camp a fresh new look.
Hyena Pan sits within a cathedral of mopane trees overlooking a natural pan, which provides a steady source of water for the area’s abundant wildlife, including hippo, elephant, and buffalo.
Activities on offer include game drives, night drives and game walks – all in the game rich Khwai Private Reserve. Alternatively guests can hang out in the hide and watch elephants or relax in the rim-flow splash pool.
Rates at Hyena start at US$ 345 per person per night in green season and $465 per person per night in high season.
