Domestic carrier CemAir will start operating flights between Johannesburg and Kimberley and between Johannesburg and Richard’s Bay on Monday, May 28 and Tuesday, May 29 respectively.
The airline will operate four daily flights on the Kimberley route as follows:
- Flight 5Z0502 will depart OR Tambo at 06h00 and arrived in Kimberley at 07h10. The return flight will depart Kimberley at 07h40 and arrive at OR Tambo at 08h50.
- Flight 5Z0504 will depart OR Tambo at 09h55 and arrive in Kimberley at 11h05. The return flight will depart Kimberley at 11h35 and arrive at OR Tambo at 12h45.
- Flight 5Z0506 will depart OR Tambo at 13h00 and arrive in Kimberley at 14h10. The return flight will depart Kimberley at 14h40 and arrive at OR Tambo at 15h50.
- Flight 5Z0508 will depart OR Tambo at 16h20 and arrive in Kimberley at 17h30. The return flight will depart Kimberley at 18h00 and arrive at OR Tambo at 19h10.
The airline will operate two daily flights on the Richard’s Bay route as follows:
- Flight 5Z0202 will depart OR Tambo at 06h30 and arrive in Richard’s Bay at 07h30. The return flight will depart Richard’s Bay at 08h00 and arrive at OR Tambo at 09h00.
- Flight 5Z0204 will depart OR Tambo at 17h15 and arrive in Richard’s Bay at 18h15. The return flight will depart Richard’s Bay at 18h45 and arrive at OR Tambo at 19h45.
Both routes were previously operated by SA Express, which was grounded last week.
