From October 1, FlySafair will up its frequencies to East London from Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Johannesburg-East London flights will increase to twice daily (up from one daily), Cape Town-East London flights will also increase to twice daily (up from twice a day on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays).
Kirby Gordon, FlySafair Head of Sales and Distribution, told Tourism Update that the additional flights came as a result of FlySafair adding two aircraft to its fleet, the second of which started flying scheduled operations this month. “This means that we are able to offer additional capacity and these East London routes were a great place to deploy that capacity, given the strong support we’ve been getting from the market.”
